Normal delivery time is approximately 3-5 days. During high season it may take longer. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company.
If you detect damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a report. Do not accept a damaged package! If you do not detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the shipping company's handling, contact them and make a report. If any dispute with the mail or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before returning to us (package about 1 month, letter 14 days), we will charge you £39 for our handling of the goods.
The shipping cost of an order is automatically charged in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at checkout.
Return Policy / Claims / return
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act in accordance with the recommendations of the Consumer Agency and the EU Directive. You have the right under the distance contract law to return ordered defective goods without giving any reason. Notification of this shall be given as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods (not applicable for specially ordered goods). Warranty for the products you buy is 1 year. If you can prove that there are fabrication errors on the product, you will always get new parts, but the warranty will not apply to damage. You pay the return freight. You send your return to: Showertub Europe AB, Customer Service, Upplandsgatan 61A, 113 28 Stockholm, Sweden. Attach a copy to the return label and state the reason for the return.
